• Backing up your genealogical data regularly

Your genealogical data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the content you create or import into Crestline.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information retrieved from third-party sources. Always verify genealogical information through primary sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRESTLINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your genealogical data. We strongly recommend regular backups to external storage or cloud services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
